2020 was a disruptive year. However, New Zealands job market experienced an incredible bounce back. Clearhead was proud to be a partner within the Keep NZ Working initiative, offering mental health support to those who are navigating through the uncertainty of the job market, post Covid19.

Alongside Clearhead; Deloitte, Emergent, MSD (Ministry of social development) and Jobadder were all partners in the Keep NZ Working initiative. This initiative was important to help those who are newly unemployed, to seek work and stay resilient throughout the whole process.

‘Phenomenal’ increase in job listings as businesses rehire after COVID-19 marred 2020
In December 2020, job listings were up 8 percent on the year prior.
