Online Therapy

As a qualified and experienced counsellor, I am passionate about helping people to become all they can be. This focus is outworked by the offering of a range of different services such as life coaching, parent coaching, mentoring and counselling. I consider it a privilege to journey alongside people in all aspects of their life and well-being. I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with conflict, anxiety, depression, self-harm, maternal mental health, miscarriage, abortion and mid-life crises - with a special interest in working with those who just feel ‘stuck’ and find life unfulfilling or challenging. I am a full member of NZAC and have my own company called Realise. I am a dedicated practitioner who assures clients of confidential, impartial, and sensitive help, while working towards a joy-filled and rewarding life.
