Biography

I am a registered Intern Psychologist, offering a holistic approach for improved mental health and wellbeing. My practice incorporates methods from a range of modalities, such as CBT, mindfulness, positive psychology and interactive drawing therapy. My vision is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space, to explore the challenges you are facing or to begin a journey of self-awareness and empowerment. I have experience in therapeutic work with adults, children, and families. This experience comes from roles within the NGO sector, working with a range of presenting issues including addictions and co-existing mental health conditions, grief, trauma, anxiety and depression.
