Chris is a registered Clinical Psychologist specialising in psychological assessment and treatment to help clients explore life’s challenges and discover new possibilities. His approach to therapy is person-centred with a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative style. He works with adults, youth and families who experience a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety and phobias, anger issues, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, stress management, self-esteem, identity, relationship issues, life transitions, and cultural issues. His practice encompasses a number of evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Systemic Therapy.
