Biography

I am a professional counsellor who puts humanistic values such as kindness, compassion and respect at the centre of my therapeutic approach. I am welcoming of people from all backgrounds, cultures, identities and orientations. I support adult and adolescent clients with a wide range of issues including trauma, abuse, grief and loss, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, addictions, work and identity issues. My qualifications include a both a Bachelor Degree in Counselling and a Diploma in Counselling and I hold full membership with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors.
