I am a passionate and caring professional. I have 13 years experience working with a range of individuals and organisations to create positive change. Using the science of behaviour I help my clients harness the power of their mind and create meaningful and lasting behaviour change. Whether you are struggling with mental health difficulties, a tough time in your life or you just want to be the best version of yourself and perform at your peak- I can help.
