Biography

John first entered private practice in 1986 and is a clinical psychologist with wide experience. John works with clients of all ages and utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) in providing collaborative and goal-focussed therapeutic solutions. John specialises in working with people who are dealing with adjustment issues; including depression, anxiety disorders, stress and trauma. John guides development of the skills needed to deal with distressing life events; such as relationship difficulties, issues within employment, or grief and loss.
