Online Therapy

Lee is a registered Health Psychologist in both New Zealand and Australia, and a graduate of the University of Auckland. She believes that investment in wellbeing does not only optimise one's health but also increases one's capacity to cope with stress and relieve suffering. Li has extensive experiences in working with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders and complex trauma in public and private sectors. She believes that every person has the capacity to transcend their suffering no matter how chronic it is. Lee has developed and delivered mindfulness programmes in public health, PHO and NGO settings; she maintains a daily meditation practice and is passionate about translating her knowledge and skills into practical and sustainable mindful ways of living. Lee is very experienced in providing psychological support via telehealth and has been using this modality to overcome geographic barriers even before the pandemic.
