Biography
I am passionate about empowering individuals to make meaningful changes in their lives and believe therapy is a great tool for this. We can all feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions, confused in our thinking and disconnected from the people and things that matter and therapy helps to reconnect us to aspects of life that are meaningful to us as individuals and create a clearer picture moving forward. I create a therapeutic process guided by your hopes for change, in partnership with my knowledge and experience. My goal is to help you/your family take steps towards connecting with your values and move towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life. In addition, I work with difficulties within the developmental years such as with infants/children who are having sleep, behaviour, toileting or learning difficulties and supporting them and their family. Therapy is not always easy, and can be hard work and confronting at times. However, if you are willing to fully engage with the process, you are likely to see benefits and positive change as a result.
