Online Therapy

Ria is a Counselling Psychologist. She takes a no-bullshit approach to supporting you through life’s challenges, helping you grow thicker, better skin so you don’t have to be in therapy all your life. She won’t judge you, but she will point out things you probably aren’t aware of, help you to have a deeper look at your situation and yourself, and guide you through difficult conversations and changes you want to make. She has trained in both Psychology and Sociology, so she knows that while life can be confusing and complicated, it’s also time for you to realize you probably have more control over your mood and the outcome of your situation than you thought.
