Sara Crane and Dr. Nargis will be co-facilitating a Peer Support Group for doctors on Mondays from 7pm-8.30pm. The Facilitated Peer Support Groups are designed to offer doctors support via their peers, with the facilitators there to allow the group to work well together. These groups are designed for personal and professional support and development rather than as mental health treatment or diagnosis. At this stage, these peer support groups are only eligible for NZ medical doctors. Facilitator Sara Bio: Sara originally qualified as an infant primary teacher. She has been in Private Practice as a Psychotherapist for a number of years working with families, couples and individuals. She enjoys her involvement with community projects we and loves running groups. Facilitator Nargis bio: Nargis graduated from medical school in 2013 (KGMC Pakistan). She had overseas clinical experience after graduation. She passed New Zealand registration exams and ready to start her carrier in NZ as a doctor. Nargis was a former observer in Waikato DHB and has a special interest in Mental Health.
