I am deeply passionate about my work and my profession, proudly holding full membership and a current practicing certificate to the New Zealand Association of Counsellor . I initially see people at low points in their lives, by supporting and guiding , working together, finding and uncovering courage, develop and increasing skills, to address and resolve issues, allows the opportunity to reconnect with yourselves, supports recognize personal potential, whilst offering the opportunity to increasing your resilience, to embrace life with a readiness to fill every aspect of your life with positivity and growth, this continues to both inspires and motivate my work knowing change is possible. My work experience over the last 20 years, has been gained in a range of agencies, NGO settings, and community voluntary support, before I moved into private practice in 2012. My life and work experiences, along with a continued thirst for new learnings , has provided many opportunities for personal and professional development, to evolve and enhance my counselling practice with the latest research and therapeutic trends. I believe that every positive therapy experience depends on a good working Therapeutic connection. Regardless of the issue that bring you into therapy, I am committed to discovering together, the solutions that work best for you.
